Andrew Crawford has more than 25 years of experience in business
development, global and strategic client account management, and
sales and marketing management in the international consulting
environment. He has spent most of his career working for prestigious
global organizations in the U.S. and U.K.
Before forming Crawford Consulting International, Andrew worked
for PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco as a client relationship
executive. Before that, he was a worldwide partner with Mercer
Human Resource Consulting for 15 years. At Mercer, Andrew effectively
served in a number of senior sales and marketing management roles
in both the UK and the US. He began his consulting career with
AON Consulting.
Over the course of his career, Andrew played an integral role
in winning numerous large-scale and profitable new client engagements
worldwide.
He is an experienced consultant in a variety of sales and consulting
skills programs and keeps fully abreast of new thinking and winning
behaviors in building trusted advisor relationships with clients
and prospects. He was also involved in the development of the
Mercer Advanced Management Program at the Cranfield School of
Management in the UK.
Andrew holds an honors degree in Physics from the University
of Glasgow.
